SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In the pursuit of professional achievement and financial security, it is easy, often unintentionally, to become absorbed in the momentum of success. Yet for many families, that momentum is abruptly interrupted by     life-altering news: the diagnosis of a mental health condition. When that diagnosis involves a child, the emotional, financial, and long-term strain can be overwhelming.

Tom believes deeply that those who have been fortunate to experience stability and well-being within our own families have both an opportunity and a responsibility    to support those navigating these profoundly challenging circumstances.

For this reason, Tom has committed to donating 50% of the net proceeds from The Mental Health Crisis and Capitalism each calendar year to a leading national children's behavioral health hospital. Through this commitment, readers are not only exploring important ideas around performance, systems, and well-being, they are also directly contributing to expanded care and support for children and families in immediate need.
